University students: Protesting for what?
Particularly since the 1970s, University students could be seen on the road clamouring for social justice and against, all sorts of inequalities.
But most of them, after obtaining their degrees, join the government service (some as SLAS officers) and support the mostly uneducated politicians in their affairs, ruining the country. These students are just like their Gurus – the politicians, who, when out of power they act as the saviours of the country and its people, and when in power they forget all those slogans and high principles.
Today, we have enough examples of this sort of happenings, when officials in high posts approve the disastrous decisions taken by the government (President), without any objection; although they, during their student days, were even ready to sacrifice their lives to safeguard the country and rights of the people.
