A beautiful scene for Genesis
She certainly looks gorgeous and she is seen on stage, these days, with the group Genesis, led by Kevin Hingert.
According to Kevin, Indumini Siriwardena is doing her thing, temporarily, with Genesis, until the return of their female vocalist, Karen, who is abroad, at the moment.
Kevin describes Indumini as a singer with a varied repertoire, who also sings in Hindi.
“Her repertoire suits the venues we perform, and she has been with us since January, this year,” he added.
Indumini, I’m told, has been around for some time, and also performs at the Shangri-la Hotel.
Genesis, in the meantime, are back, doing their regular gigs.
Says Kevin: “We are gearing up to move ahead, especially with the Nuwara-Eliya season fast approaching.”
