Yohani – world tour coming up!
After her triumph in India, our ‘Manike Mage Hithe’ star returned home last week and is now preparing hereself for more foreign assignments.
Right now, Yohani is mighty big in the scene, mainly because of her rendition of ‘Manike Mage Hithe,’and that has made music lovers, and the public, in general, wait with great expectation for the release of her album of 12 songs – hoping it would spawn more mega hits.
She is due to perform at Expo 2020 Dubai, at the Sri Lanka Pavilion, on January 3rd, 2022.
I’m also told that Yohani is likely to get involved in a world tour, next year, probably commencing in February.
According to information coming my way, plans are to have her featured, along with another female artiste, and a popular band, on a tour that would cover many countries, including Canada, America, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and the Middle East.
Nothing has been finalised, though, but discussions are on with the relevant parties concerned.
I also did hear that some folks, in certain cities of India, are keen to make ‘Manike Mage Hithe’ their ringtone. Awesome!
