The culinary journey at Yi Jing restaurent at ITC Ratnadipa was an enriching experience of flavours and artistry, We began with an inviting pot of Jasmine Tea, a fragrant and soothing prelude that was both aromatic and full of flavour. The hospitality was at is best setting a tone of impeccable service We had many varieties of delectable dumplings bursting with different flavours .To mention a few of them, the Chicken shaped dumplings, crafted like elegant swans, were irresistible and excited our taste buds..Yi Jing’s homemade mango ice cream was a luscious and creamy delight, enriched with the rich luscious mangoes. Nadia Issadeen,from Sales guided us through the menu,ensuring we experienced the best at Yi Jing. Dining at this restaurent was timeless yet innovative experience for those who love authentic Chinese dishes

This show-stopping theatric has gained momentum in just a short span of time in Colombo. From vegetarian dim sum dishes that range from Steamed Mushroom Buns to Radish and Edamame Pastry Dumplings and Lotus Stem Char Sui Dumplings to intricately crafted meaty options such as Chicken Char Sui Dumplings, Pan-fried Lamb dumplings and Pork Zia Long Bao, the options are endless and delectable.
