Two (02) in possessions of Crystal Methamphetamine, foreign fags and illicit liquor held in Nagavilluwa, Puttalam
A coordinated search operation conducted by the Navy and Police Narcotic Bureau, in Nagavilluwa, Puttalam on 01st November 2024 led to the apprehension of 02 suspects with 8g of Crystal Methamphetamine (ICE), 320 foreign cigarettes, 440 litres of Goda and 100 litres of illicit liquor.
8g of Crystal Methamphetamine (ICE), 320 foreign cigarettes, 440 litres of Goda and 100 litres of illicit liquor were recovered, upon the search of a house in the area. The stash of illicit items have been made ready for sale, when the raid was made.
The suspects along with seized items were handed over to the Police
Narcotic Bureau in Puttalam for onward legal action.
