Sri Lanka Under 19s win Youth series in Pakistan

Sri Lanka Under 19s beat their Pakistan counterparts by 165 runs in the fifth match to win the Youth ODI series 3-2 in Karachi on Tuesday.

Vihas Thewmika and Malsha Tharupathi shared six wickets between them to restrict the home team to 128 runs after skipper Sineth Jayawardene top scored with 82 runs for Sri Lanka Under 19s to post a commanding total of 293 runs.

Pulindu Perera, who was not available for the last two matches due to an illness scored 47 runs to provide a strong start to their batting, while Rusanda Gamage scored a half century.
