Skin brightening and tan removal

Hi! Readers keep asking me if there is a skin brightening remedy and also a remedy to get rid of tan!

I guess there are numerous ways but I would go for Aata Flour, Turmeric, Ghee, and Milk.

To try out this beauty tip, you would need 02 tablespoons Aata (whole wheat flour), 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder, 01 tablespoon Ghee (clarified butter), and 02 tablespoons Milk (preferably raw or full cream)

In a small bowl, add the Aata flour, turmeric powder and ghee, and mix in the milk to form a thick, smooth paste. Adjust the milk to get the desired consistency.

Cleanse your face, or the area you want to apply the remedy to, and then apply the paste evenly to your skin, focusing on tanned areas, or spots that need brightening.

Gently massage the paste into your skin, in circular motion, for a few minutes, to exfoliate and improve circulation.

Allow the paste to dry for about 15-20 minutes.

Once it dries, dampen your skin with water and gently scrub the paste off using circular motions.

Rinse your skin with lukewarm water to remove any residue.

Pat your skin dry and apply a light moisturizer to keep the skin hydrated.

Benefits:

Aata (Wheat Flour):

Acts as a natural exfoliator, helping to remove dead skin cells and improve skin texture. It also helps in brightening the complexion over time by reducing tan.

Turmeric:

Known for its skin-brightening properties, turmeric helps lighten dark spots and even out skin tone. Its anti-inflammatory properties help reduce redness and blemishes.

Ghee:

Moisturizes and nourishes the skin, keeping it soft and smooth. Ghee also has healing properties and helps to repair damaged skin, making it look radiant.

Milk:

Rich in lactic acid, milk helps in gentle exfoliation, removing impurities and lightening the skin. It also hydrates and maintains the skin’s moisture balance.

Apply this remedy 02-03 times a week for the best results.

By the way, I would suggest that you patch test the mixture, before applying it to your face, to avoid any allergic reactions.
