Seylan Bank’s sales team continues to shine at SLIM National Sales Awards

Seylan Bank’s young sales team continued its upward trend in excellence, distinguishing itself at the recently concluded Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (SLIM) National Sales Awards (NSA) 2024 with six members receiving accolades. Demonstrating exceptional skill, the winners clinched one Gold, one Silver, three Bronze, and a Merit at the event.

Seylan Bank’s Hemal Kuruwitarachchi won a Gold Award at the SLIM NSA Awards for the Sales Executive category while Chamila Vithana won Silver in the Territory Managers category. Sales Supervisor Mahesh Ekanayaka and Sales Executive Swapna Madusha both earned Bronze Awards in the Sales Supervisors category while Amith Ishara Perera also received a Bronze Award in the Front Liner category. Additionally, Dushyantha Abeykoon also earned a Merit Award in the Territory Managers category.

The awards evaluated contestants on their ability to sustain business continuity amid volatile market dynamics, leveraging innovative strategies to unlock potential and develop personally within the field. The winners follow up Seylan Bank’s performance at the Awards in 2023 when nine individuals from the Bank with a Heart were recognized for their excellence with three Bronze, four Silver, and two Gold Awards. The wins not only distinguished the Bank’s sales team but also marked the highest achievement of the 2023 SLIM NSA Awards.

Celebrating the 25th year of the SLIM NSA Awards, the ceremony is the country’s single most credible and recognized accolade for Sri Lankan sales professionals.
