The Court of Appeal yesterday fixed for support next Tuesday (20) the writ application filed by former Minister Rishad Bathiudeen, seeking a prohibition on the steps taken by the CID to arrest him.

Among the respondents are the Director CID and the IGP.

The Bench Comprised Justice Sobitha Rajakaruna.
