New Speaker to be elected tomorrow
Parliament will meet on Tuesday (17) and Wednesday (18).
The parliamentary business, with regard to this week, was decided at the Committee on Parliamentary Business, held on 06 Dec., under the Chairmanship of the then Speaker ‘Dr’ Asoka Ranwala.
Ranwala resigned after the public challenged his academic qualifications.
A new Speaker is expected to be elected tomorrow.
