KOICA conducts Volunteer Evaluation Meeting for 2024

Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) recently evaluated its ongoing volunteers’ deployment programme.
The two day evaluation was conducted in Colombo with the participation of Country Director of KOICA Sri Lanka office Ms. Kim Myungjin, Deputy Country Director of KOICA Sri Lanka office Kim Doyun and thirteen (13) volunteers who are currently serving in partner organisations situated in Maradana, Maharagama, Kelaniya, Galle and Matara, KOICA said.
The meeting was conducted by KOICA’s Volunteer Division in order to recognise, manage, and receive feedback from the volunteers about their assignment with their assigned partner organisations. The main goals of the evaluation meeting were to receive insights and understandings from the volunteers about their deployment and assignment conduction. In addition to this, they briefed the KOICA Sri Lanka Office on the current status of the assignment, along with commending the efforts of KOICA in Sri Lanka on the volunteer deployments since June 2023.
