India’s got talent…

I never had the opportunity of checking out western-oriented singers/entertainers, from India, live. And, then this opportunity came my way.

Melantha Perera informed me about a social media platform, called The Talent Networking Group (TNG), and, subsequently Suzi Croner (Fluckiger), of Friends’ fame, indicated, to me, that she was going to be featured on TNGlive.

I was highly impressed with the setup and now, whenever the opportunity comes my way (because of my workload), I do watch the happenings, on TNGlive, on my mobile phone!

Quite a few Indians, who have showcased their singing capabilities, on TNGlive, have been awesome.

They have not only shown their talents, as vocalists, but have also proved that they are good entertainers, as well – and all this is done, within the four walls of their living room.

And, that’s what makes TNGlive extra special.

Yes, all you have to do is to sing live, with recorded backing tracks.

The first Indian, I checked out, was Nigel Galway, and his daughter Lean; Nigel has a great singing voice and, together with Lean, they come up with some very entertaining shows. I really like their style. And, Lean, too, has a voice to match her looks!

Jude Al is, indeed, an excellent performer, and I will feature him sometime soon.

Others who impressed me are Marcia and Marc (and their singing family); they are, indeed, super-duper, and also Lynette John, and Giselle Pinto.

Readers, do check out TNGlive…to experience it all – and you can do it even on your mobile phone – and it’s so simple.

Look for TNGlive, on Facebook, and then join the Public Group, which now has close to 6000 members.

The Talent Networking Group is the brainchild of Allwyn H. Stephen, and their first anniversary was celebrated, on Sunday, May 9th, with a special programme, that went on for a couple of hours – mainly highlighting their achievements throughout the past one year – and was seen, world-wide.

Local artistes, too, can be a part of this mega scene – doing the whole segment of your programme…from home.

You can contact Melantha Perera (0773958888) for details as to how you could make yourself seen and heard, on TNGlive
