Glow and Immunity Boosting Smoothie

This week I thought of giving you something new to try out … yes, Glow and Immunity Boosting Smoothie.
You will need 01 medium carrot, peeled and chopped, ½ medium beetroot, peeled and chopped. 01 inch piece of ginger, peeled, 01 green apple, cored and chopped, 01 orange, peeled and segmented, and 01 cup water (adjust for desired consistency). Perhaps, ice cubes, as well, but that’s optional.
And this is what you need to do, to make the Smoothie:
Blend all the ingredients, in a blender, along with water, and blend until smooth.
If you prefer a smoother texture, strain the mixture, using a fine mesh strainer.

This, too, will be of benefit to those having dark spots – Honey and Turmeric for Dark Spots.
You will need 01 tablespoon honey and ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
Mix honey and turmeric into a smooth paste and apply to dark spots, or all over your face, avoiding your eyes.
Leave for 10-15 minutes and then rinse with warm water.
Benefits:
* Turmeric reduces pigmentation and evens skin tone, while Honey brightens the skin and heals scars.
