Business
Ceylon Chamber Academy and Facebook host webinar
Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMBs) have faced significant challenges in 2020. Survey reports covering 4,300 SMBs around 17 countries have illustrated how SMBs have adapted to the new challenges, with a particular focus on the new growing role of digital tools in interacting with their customers. Despite the developments, a lack of digital knowledge is seen as a key ongoing barrier for SMBs. Helping businesses to overcome these barriers and promote the use of digital tools will require collaboration between policymakers, digital tool providers and the businesses themselves.
