Asoka wins Sports Writer Award
Veteran Sports Journalist Asoka Goonetilleke, former Associate Editor and Sports Editor of our sister paper Divaina, won the most distinguished Sports Literary Writer of the Year award at a function held at the Duncan White Auditorium, last Friday.
This event was sponsored by Sri Lanka Telecom – Mobitel and held under the distinguished patronage of Hon. Namal Rajapakse, Minister of Sports and Youth Affairs.
