Another retired politico receives ambassadorial post
One-time PA parliamentarian Nawalage Bennet Cooray has received appointment as Sri Lanka’s Ambassador to Palestine. Previously Cooray, 75, functioned as Sri Lanka’s Ambassador in Rome. Cooray recently presented Letters of Credence to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Palestine Dr. Riad Al-Malki at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates in Ramallah
