Yasitha de Silva representing MAS Holdings won a thrilling contest to be crowned the men’s singles champion of the 107th Colombo Championships at the Sri Lanka Tennis Association courts on Tuesday.

De Silva overcame a first set defeat to win the title as he scored 2-6, 6-3, 7-5 to beat Royal College player Thehan Wijemanne, the defending champion.
