Valentine’s Day…romantic music
Valentine’s Day, which is celebrated around the world, is fast approaching -14th February to be exact – and there are a whole lot of events, connected with this special day, coming up, and in our scene, as well.
When working out their promgramme, the local organisers, and the bands in attendance, must keep in mind that Valentine’s Day, 14th February, is a day to celebrate love and affection.
Romantic music is very much a part of Valentine’s Day, including love ballads, pop songs, and jazz, and the right atmosphere must be created for such an occasion.
Let’s hope, in the scene here, Valentine’s Day will not be confined to baila music, especially at some of the open air events, scheduled for 14th February.
The king of romance and the ideal artiste for a Valentine’s Day event, Derrick Junkeer, will be entertaining folks at a Dinner Dance at Venue108Knox, in Melbourne, Australia.
He will roll out all those Engelbert Humperdinck hits, including his repertoire of romantic hit songs.
