Tomato Face Mask
* For Dry Skin
You’ll Need:
One ripe tomato, two teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
Cut the ripe tomato in half, and in a small bowl, squeeze out all of the liquid. Mix in the olive oil and apply to a clean face. Leave on for 15-20 minutes. Rinse off with warm water and pat dry.
For best results, use this mask once or twice a week.
* For Dark Circles
You’ll Need:
One teaspoon tomato juice, a few drops of pure aloe vera gel Directions: In a small bowl, mix both ingredients, together, thoroughly. Apply to the under eye area and anywhere else where you may have dark spots. Let sit for about 10 minutes and rinse off with lukewarm water.
For best results, use once in the morning and once at night.
* For Oily Skin
You’ll Need:
1/2 ripe tomato, 1/4 mashed cucumber
Directions:
In a bowl, squeeze out all of the tomato juice. To that, add the mashed cucumber. For best results, pulse in a food processor or blender. Apply the mixture to clean skin, using a cotton pad or your fingers. Let the mixture sit for 15-20 minutes and rinse off with lukewarm water.
For best results, use this mask twice a week.
* For Dark Skin
You’ll Need:
One small ripe tomato, one teaspoon yoghurt, two tablespoons gram flour, 1/2 teaspoon honey, a pinch of turmeric
Directions:
In a small bowl, mash the tomato and mix in the rest of the ingredients, until a smooth paste forms. Apply all over cleansed skin, and let sit for 15-20 minutes. Rinse off with cold water and pat dry.
For best results, use this mask, once or twice a week.
