Prof. Deshmukh of the Sahodara Party,
Acclaimed for his witty, earthy oratory,
Scrambles up the podium breathlessly,
Bows to the wild welcome of the crowd,
And awaits his turn on stage to speak,
But to his utter astonishment he finds,
He cannot recollect some of the lines,
He painstakingly memorized to deliver,
His mind has gone blank in places,
And this is an agony worse than death,
Because in his book of rules,
Style takes precedence over Substance.
