Thai Food Feast at Hilton Colombo Residences

From intricately balanced spices in traditional Tom Yum Soup to the medley of flavours, this food festival gave the guests the secrets behind Thailand’s culinary prowess.
Hilton Colombo Residences invites guests on a Thai culinary journey with the Thai Food Feast which was held from October 7 to 20 October today This exclusive event was led by celebrated chefs Ms. Netsarin Pimtes and Mr. Aekkapon Congchum (Mister Egg) from
DoubleTree by Hilton Phuket Banthai Resort, showcased their expertise in authentic Thai cuisine. Menu highlights included Tom Yum Goong Soup, Pad Thai Goong, Mango Salad with Shrimp, Thai Red Prawn Curry, and Steamed Seabass Fish Fillet.
Chef Netsarin Pimtes, a gold award winner at the Andaman Tourism Networking 2023, presented her acclaimed dishes, while Chef Aekkapon Congchum, recognized for his talents at the Thailand F&B Masters Culinary Hotel Round 2022, added his signature flavours to the feast. The event also offered a free flow of house-special cocktails and mocktails to complement the vibrant dishes.
