The CAA officers injured in the attack have been hospitalised.Later, the Narammala Police, who conducted an investigation, arrested five suspects and produced them before the court. The suspects were remanded until 10 May.Ranganath says that if the safety of their officers was not ensured, they would resort to trade union action.
