Suzi Croner; At ‘Country & Western Nite’ in Colombo

Singer Suzi Croner (Suzi Flückiger) is back in her adopted homeland, Switzerland, after an amazing 11 days in her land of birth, Sri Lanka.

Says Suzi on reaching her home town of Spreitenbach: “Friends, I’m back in Switzerland; it was an AMAZING 11 days, with six days entertaining at the Cheers Pub, Cinnamon Grand.”

Suzi also did ‘Country & Western Nite’ scene, at the Ramada, and an unscheduled performance, as well.

At ‘Country & Western Nite,’ organised by the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, St Theresa’s Church, Thimbirigasyaya, in aid of charity, her old school mates, from Holy Family Convent, Dehiwela, turned up to support Suzi and she says they had an awesome time.

“Cheers Pub was fantastic, too, with some of my pals, from Australia, turning up to enjoy the fun.”

Suzi was also interviewed on Gold FM where she had to sing live on air.

And, finally, Suzi had this to say: “Man … Sri Lanka, I just loved it.”

Her next assignment is October Fest, she says, and then to Australia for ‘Country Night.’
