Pascual to improve basketball referees’ standards
Sri Lanka Basketball Federation (SLBF) with the support of FIBA Asia has planned a Development Programme for local referees starting from August 2 to 4.Accordingly, FIBA Asia has appointed Ferdinand ‘Bong’ Pascual to conduct the workshop.
A veteran of several FIBA events, FIBA Referee Instructor Pascual has officiated in many leading basketball events including the Tokyo Olympics in 2020, Rio Olympics in 2016, World Cup China 2014 and World Cup Spain 2019.
Local referees are excited to learn and improve by following the tips of respected referee Pascual.
