Marlon Ferreira, Managing Director of Exterminators PLC, won the 21st Entrepreneurship Award at the Sri Lankan Entrepreneur Awards 2025, organized by the Chamber of Young Lankan Entrepreneurs (COYLE) at the Shangri-La Hotel in Colombo. Exterminators PLC also garnered its 68th award in the selected category, further cementing its position as a leader in the region’s pest management industry. Under Marlon’s dynamic leadership, the company has consistently demonstrated a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, making notable strides in sustainable practices.
Exterminators PLC, under Marlon’s leadership, has not only redefined industry standards in pest management but has also prioritized sustainability. It became the first carbon-neutral firm in the sector and has earned ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certifications. To date, the company has won 68 awards, created over 40 jobs, and expanded operations into the United Kingdom.
