Litro Gas Lanka introduces new premium hybrid 18 litre LPG cylinder

Litro Gas Lanka announced the introduction of a new premium hybrid 18 litre LPG cylinder priced at Rs 1,395 to the local market.

The new product is expected to revolutionize the LPG industry in Sri Lanka by offering outstanding economic benefit in a size that meets global specifications, the company said, while assuring that it will be sufficient for a family of four to meet their cooking gas needs for a month.

Introducing a unique LPG solution to meet an increasing consumer demand is a priority for the Company, says Anil Koswatte Chairman & CEO of Litro Gas Lanka.

Jayantha Basnayake, Director – Health, Safety & Environment at Litro Gas Lanka says that the new cylinder comes with an enhanced LPG Vapour Ullage which reduces transport issues in changing environmental conditions, noting that the Ullage space is increased according to the international standards with the new packaging.

Kamal Wickramasinghe, Director Operations says that the new Premium Hybrid cylinder has a greater filling efficiency capability. “It has an optimized propane component in the propane butane LPG mixture, ensuring more vapour space and hence, a more efficient filling which results in a faster supply process and a consistent turn around cycle.”
