ICC says Mount Clifford Residencies sold out before completion
International Construction Consortium (ICC), an award winning multi-sector contractor, announced that all the apartments in the proposed Mount Clifford Residencies at Homagama have been sold out even before the completion of the project.
It’s an achievement in the backdrop of the external pressures faced by the construction industry due to the pandemic, ICC stressed, while expressing its gratitude to investors of the project for placing their trust in the company which has a longstanding track record both in Sri Lanka and overseas.
“Many of the buyers were first-time homeowners”, the developer said.
The segmented campaigns carried out by the ICC sales and marketing team and their dedication, marked a significant cachet towards the success story of Mount Clifford Residencies, it noted.
The modernized urban living concept by ICC was packaged at Rs. 10.7 million onwards, making the offer cost-effective. For the property that would offer high and fast Return on Investment (ROI), investors were provided flexible payment plans and a ‘risk free’ ROI as well on refundable deposits by extending the period until the construction is completion.
The project kicked off construction in July 2019. With over 90 percent completed at present, it will be ready to be handed over to owners by mid-2021, as planned.
The premier contractor ICC has over 40 years of experience in the construction sector and enjoys a strong position in the local construction space. It is recognized as one of the market leaders and has grown to become one of Sri Lanka’s prominent and pioneering building and civil engineering organization.
