Hayleys Animal Health leads the way in quality and safety

Marking a milestone for Sri Lanka’s agriculture sector, Hayleys Animal Health, a leader in the animal health industry, has achieved significant milestones in quality and safety with its newly established Veterinary Pharmaceutical and Feed Supplement manufacturing facility. The plant has been awarded several prestigious certifications, including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 22000:2018, ISO 45001:2018, HACCP, and GMP.

This achievement underscores the company’s dedication to providing safe, effective and sustainable solutions for Sri Lanka’s animal health industry, ensuring better outcomes for veterinarians, farmers, and livestock.

The awards ceremony, held at the manufacturing plant in Sapugaskanda, was attended by Jayanthi Dharmasena, Executive Director of Hayleys PLC and Managing Director of Hayleys Agriculture Holdings Limited; Lushan Abesekara, Deputy Managing Director of Hayleys Agriculture Holdings Limited; Dr. Susantha Mallawa Arachchi, Director of Hayleys Agriculture Holdings Limited and General Manager of Hayleys Animal Health; Dr. Chathura Priyadarshana, Manager – R&D and New Projects of Hayleys Animal Health; and company officials.
