Dr. Illangasinghe – new Additional Secretary

Dr. I.M.K.B. Illangasinghe, one of the most senior Special Grade officers of the Sri Lanka Educational Administrative Service, has been appointed as the Additional Secretary for Educational Services Establishment of the Ministry of Education.
He holds a PhD in Education from the University of Colombo. He also holds an LLB from OUSL and he is an Attorney-at-Law. Previously he served in the same position, and he also served as the Director General of Publications.
