Dharmapala force a draw at Uyanwatta
No 11 batsman, Manusha Pabasara survived three confident appeals in the last three balls of the 13th Battle of the Golden Lions at Uyanwatta Stadium to help Dharmapala College Pannipitiya force a draw against Rahula College Matara.
Dharmapala were 140/9 and trailing Rahula by 42 runs when Manusha Pabasara’s persevering effort prevented Rahula from leveling the series.
