David Pieris Group sponsors Mercantile ‘E’ Division Cricket for 20th consecutive year

David Pieris Group of Companies (DPGC) extended its sponsorship of the Mercantile ‘E’ Division Cricket Tournament for the 20th consecutive year. The second longest Mercantile Cricket Association (MCA) sponsorship-reaffirms the Group’s commitment to sports in the country.

The official sponsorship handing over ceremony took place on 04th January 2023 at Mercantile Cricket Association (MCA) with the participation of Romany Parakrama, Director, David Pieris Motor Company (Private) Limited, Naalaka Madugalle, Director and Chief Operating Officer, David Pieris Motor Company (Private) Limited, Ajantha Premasiri, Chief Marketing Officer, Assetline Finance Limited, Nadi B. Dharmasiri, Group Chief Marketing Communications Officer, David Pieris Holdings (Private) Limited and Lakmal de Silva, Deputy General Manager (Vehicle Sales), David Pieris Motor Company (Private) Limited, MCA President Nalin Wickremasinge, MCA Chairman of the Sponsorship Committee Rohan Somawansa, media and guests.
