CIPM becomes first to offer NVQ-equivalent HRM courses in Lanka

The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) Sri Lanka has made history by becoming the first institution in the country to offer Human Resource Management (HRM) courses recognized as National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Level 5 qualifications. The Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission (TVEC) formally accredited CIPM’s Diploma in Professional HRM (CQHRM Level 2) and Diploma in HRM (PQHRM Managerial Level) in Dec 2024. This recognition applies to students who completed these diplomas from 2016 and 2020 onwards, ensuring both past and current graduates gain nationally recognized qualifications.
