The Colombo Academy of Hospitality Management (CAHM) located at SLIIT has and continues to have a wonderful relationship with William Angliss Institute, Australia since 2013.

Here at CAHM, we have been delivering specialised William Angliss Institute, Australian qualifications in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, Commercial Cookery, Patisserie and Events. The delivery of the Australian curriculum is conducted by both domestic and internationally qualified trainers and assessors.

The Ceremony to celebrate the renewal of the agreement was conducted on the 28th March at the Galle Face Hotel in the presence of many staff, industry representatives and alumni students. The signing Ceremony was conducted with the presence of the following William Angliss Institute (WAI), Australia delegation consisting of WAI Chairman John Pandazopoulos, Chief Executive Officer Wayne Crosbie, Director Education & Strategic Development, Nicholas Hunt and Director of International and Business Development, Ray Petts and from the Colombo Academy of Hospitality Management, Chairman Errol Weerasinghe,Managing Director Anuk Weerasinghe and Director Nivran Weerakoon.

CAHM Academy is Sri Lanka’s largest private hospitality provider and comprises of state of the art facilities, a modern learning environment including three all-purpose built kitchens/ equipment and numerous practical areas for the delivery of the Australian qualifications.
