Batman rides ‘Dandu Monara’
Hollywood actor and Batman Star, Christian Bale was spotted posing with Sri Lankan Airlines’ crew on board flight UL 115.
SriLankan Airlines said the star had been flown to Male from Colombo on Monday (03).
“It was our absolute pleasure to have presented him a memorable Sri Lankan experience on his journey. We anticipate welcoming him again soon!,” said SriLankan Airlines on Twitter.
SriLankan Airlines’ logo symbolises the peacock shaped mythical flying machine, ‘Dandu Monara’, as told in the legend of King Rawana. The colours, red, green and orange represent the ethnicities; Sinhalese, Tamil and Muslim and them blending into a single logo indicates the unity.
