Automobile Association of Ceylon celebrates 118 years
The Automobile Association of Ceylon (AAC) which was established in 1904 celebrated its 118th anniversary recently with religious observations. On this occasion the Buddhist , Christian, Hindu and Muslim clergy invoked blessings on the management, staff and member of the AAC and also remembered those members who had rendered the yeoman service to in the past and have now had gone to their rest.
AAC President Dhammika Attygalle, members of the Executive Committee, members of the staff and some members of the Association were present.The Buddhist religious rights were performed by Ven Maharagama Nanda Thero, chief incumbent of the Walukaramaya, Kollupitiya.
