The low-level atmospheric disturbance still persists to the East of the island and under its influence,showers or thundershowers will occur at times in the Northern, North-central and Eastern provinces.
Cloudy skies are expected over the Northern, Eastern, North-central, Uva and Central provinces.
Misty conditions can be expected at some places in the Western, Sabaragamuwa, Central and Southern provinces during the early hours of the morning.
Heavy showers about 100 mm are likely at some places in the Northern and Eastern provinces while fairly heavy showers above 75 mm are likely at some places in the Western, Sabaragamuwa, Central, Southern and Uva provinces.
Showers may occur in the Uva province and in Hambantota district during the morning while showers or thundershowers will occur at several places in the other areas of the island after 1.00 p.m.
The general public is kindly requested to take adequate precautions to minimize damages caused by temporary localized strong winds and lightning during thundershowers.

Showers will occur at times in the Northern, North-central, Eastern and Uva provinces and in Matale and Nuwara-Eliya districts. Several spells of showers may occur in the North-western province. Showers or thundershowers may occur at several places elsewhere after 2.00 p.m.

Showers will occur at times in the Northern, North-central, Eastern and Northwestern provinces and in Matale and Nuwara-Eliya districts. Fairly Heavy showers above 50 mm are likely at some places in the Northern, North-central, and Northwestern provinces and in Trincomalee district.
Showers or thundershowers may occur at several places elsewhere after 2.00 p.m.

There is a possibility of ground frost at some places in the Nuwara-Eliya district in the early hours of the morning.
Showers will occur at times in the Northern, North-central, Eastern provinces and in Matale and Nuwara-Eliya districts from today evening. A few showers will occur in the Uva and Northwestern provinces. Showers or thundershowers may occur at a few places elsewhere during evening or night.
